This rich green mole sauce is a mix of chili peppers, sesame seeds, bread, sugar, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, nuts, coriander, parsley, garlic and secret blend of spices. It is recommended to use with pork.
Very simple to use
- Dissolve in a pan the powder with water or chicken broth
- Pour into a preheated cooking oil and move continuously to prevent sticking
- Once boiling add the mole sauce into any meat either beef or pork
Recommend to serve with rice on the side.
