Mezcal Verde 700ml

Momento Verde crafts award-winning terroir mezcals, advocating environmental sustainability with a focus on having balanced, symbiotic relationships with nature. Produced by the Jimenez family, labels change for each bottle and you may receive a bottle with a different label from the one shown in the image.

Made using Espadin agave, the hearts are cooked in a stone oven using three types of wood; Ocote, Holm Oak and Pepper Tree. It is then milled using a Tahona or Egyptian Mill, fermented and double distilled in a copper pot still. The result is a 42% ABV spirit with a grassy, smoky and ultimately fruity flavour profile.
