How to prepare it:
Pour the whole content in a pot and cook for 5 minutes on low to medium heat, stirring constantly. For microwave put them in a bowl and heat for 1 minute, just remember the time in microwave ovens may vary.
You can eat them as a meal or in a smaller amount as a side dish for meat dishes.
*Tip: you can put some crumbled fresh or feta cheese on top. It is great to dip tortilla chips in them.
