This rich and earthy mezcal has slight medicinal notes of camphor and menthol, with pronounced peete-like smoke & a creamy roasted agave sweetness on the finish. The agaves are cooked in a lava rock lined pit for 4 days, them fermented in open earth oak vats, double distilled in a copper alembic still. It denotes the unique characteristics of this region of Puebla.
