OREGANO POWDER LAS CATRINAS
Did you know Mexican oregano is different from the Mediterranean one?
It is related to the lemon verbena, and even though it shares the basic purgent flavour of the Mediterranean one, it has notes of mild liquorice and citrus. In Mexican cuisine, it can be used dry or fresh because it pairs very well with chillies, paprika and cumin.
Where to use it?
Perfect for Latin American, Tex-Mex chilli, salsas and even pizza!
