Mole poblano is so popular that is considered the national dish of Mexico
There are different versions of how this dish was created, being the most accepted the one that says that a nun in a convent created it by mistake for a feast.
It was never easier to get a delicious iconic authentic dish ready to eat.
How to prepare it:
Pour the whole content in a pot and cook for 5 minutes on low to medium heat, stirring constantly until it is hot.
You can pour it in a small bowl and warm it up in the microwave for one minute. Just remember microwaves are different so warming time may vary.
*Tip: you can eat it alone, make tacos or on top of tostadas. For a richer flavour, top it with sour cream and crumbled fresh sheese.
