How:
Courier Delivery
We send our packages out by Interlink Express using their Next Working Day Delivery Service. Your parcel will be delivered Monday - Friday between 9am - 3pm.
What if I'm not at home?
If you are
not going to be in, in addition to your address, please give a shipping
address, where someone will be in all day to receive the parcel, like a
work address.
(Please note that the parcel does not always come the next day,
unfortunately, so an address where some one is regularly in all day is
best).
Or if you have a secure location at your house example : Porch, Shed, Recycling Box. Please put this location too!
We will email you to confirm it has been sent for dispatch and give you the consignment number (tracking) with instructions on how to
track your parcel online. If you haven't received
your parcel 2 days after this date please let us know by email to katya(at)mestizomx.com
When:
If we receive your order Monday to Thursday (before 9am), Your order will be sent the next working day (ie Order Placed on Thursday at 8:00am will be dispatched on Friday).
Orders placed between Thursday 9am & Monday 9am will be sent on Mondays and you should receive this on Tuesdays (UK Mainland).
Fresh Product / Tortillas Delivery:
Please note that when purchasing tortillas we suggest you use the courier delivery service to ensure you get the product at the best standard, unfortunately as this is a fresh product we cannot refund any damaged / spoilt tortillas and we will only ship this item Monday to Thursday to ensure that our customers receive their product the next day. Therefore if you require tortillas for the weekend please ensure that you place your order no later than 9am on Thursdays.
Orders containing tortillas MUST be placed before Thursday 9am
in order to receive these on Fridays (UK Mainland)
Orders containing tortillas placed between Thursday 9am & Monday 9am will be sent on Mondays and you should receive this on
Tuesdays (UK Mainland).
