How Do We Deliver?
We send all parcels using DPD's Next Working Day Delivery Service.
Your parcel will be delivered Monday to Friday between 7am and 9pm. DPD will send a one-hour delivery slot by email and text.
If nobody is available, DPD may leave the parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, or at a local collection point.

What if I am not home?
Update delivery instructions directly with DPD and choose a safe place, neighbour or collection point.
Can I leave delivery instructions at checkout?
No. Delivery instructions entered during checkout are not passed to DPD.
When do we dispatch orders?
Orders received before 2pm Monday-Friday are dispatched the same day. Closed on Bank Holidays.
How do I track my order?
Tracking details are emailed after dispatch. Contact info@mexgrocer.co.uk if your parcel has not arrived within 2 working days.
