How:
Business Post Courier Delivery
We send our packages out by Business Post using their Next Working Day Delivery Service. Your parcel will be delivered Monday - Friday between 9am - 3pm. If you are
not going to be in, in addition to your address, please give a shipping
address, where someone will be in all day to receive the parcel, like a
work address.
(Please note that the parcel does not always come the next day,
unfortunately, so an address where some one is regularly in all day is
best).
We will email you to confirm it has been sent for dispatch and give you the consignment number (tracking) with instructions on how to
track your parcel online. If you haven't received
your parcel 2 days after this date please let us know by email to support(at)mexgrocer.co.uk
When:
If we receive your order Monday to Thursday Upto 3pm, Your order will be dispatched usually within 2 working days (ie Order Placed on Tuesday at 14:00 will be dispatched by Thursday at the latest). All orders received from 3pm Thursday to Sunday are processed by us on the following
Monday.
